Сейчас мы ищем ассистента маркетолога, который будет помогать руководителю команды с проектами и коммуникацией с клиентами из США.
Это отличная возможность начать карьеру в digital-маркетинге и вырасти до Project или Marketing Manager.

Что предстоит делать:
- Помощь в коммуникации с клиентами из США (устно и письменно на английском языке);
- Поддержка руководителя в управлении командой (PPC-специалисты, ассистенты, подрядчики);
- Ведение отчетов и контроль ключевых показателей: PPC, Google Location, Conversions, лиды и клиенты;
- Подготовка аналитики и предложений по улучшению результатов;
- Работа с контентом для сайта (AI + понимание маркетинговых принципов наполнения).

На следующем этапе (после обучения):
- Самостоятельное ведение проектов и коммуникации с клиентами;
- Разработка и корректировка маркетинговых стратегий;
- Контроль роста клиентов и показателей агентства.

Требования:
- Свободный английский язык (C1+) — устный и письменный;
- Базовые знания digital-маркетинга;
- Понимание ключевых направлений: PPC, Google Location, Conversions, SEO, Websites;
- Организованность, ответственность и стремление учиться и развиваться.

Element DMA is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency specializing in promoting auto repair and truck service shops across the United States through Google Ads, Google Maps, SEO, and websites.
We help local businesses grow, get more calls, clients, and profits.

We are now looking for a Marketing Assistant who will support the team lead with project management and communication with U.S. clients.
This is a great opportunity to start your career in digital marketing and grow into a Project or Marketing Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in communication with U.S. clients (both written and spoken in English);
- Support the team lead in managing PPC specialists, assistants, and contractors;
- Maintain reports and monitor key performance indicators: PPC, Google Location, Conversions, leads, and clients;
- Prepare analytics and improvement suggestions;
- Work with website content (AI tools + understanding of marketing-focused content creation).

As you grow in the role:
- Manage projects and client communication independently;
- Develop and adjust marketing strategies;
- Oversee client growth and agency performance metrics.

Requirements:
- Fluent English (C1+), both spoken and written — required;
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles;
- Knowledge of key areas: PPC, Google Location, Conversions, SEO, Websites;
- Strong organization skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
