* At least 2 years of experience with ASP.NET
* Excellent knowledge of C# (including 3.5/4.0 latest features)
* ADO.NET, HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience
* Good knowledge/experience of MS SQL 2005/2008, T-SQL
* Ability to design and implement complex user interfaces
* Experience with multi-tiered and enterprise architectures
* Strong understanding of general programming (data structures, algorithms, design patterns, etc.)
* Readiness for innovation, learning and sharing gained experience
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Good English skills (mostly writing)
