We are looking for an open minded and talented Android Team Leader for a full time job in our
office in Iasi (Romania).
As our colleague, you will be able to put your mark on our user interface (The NEW 7th version), you'll be part of a dynamic team, full of initiative and you will have the opportunity to put into practice your skills and experience, also you will enter in the HOME AUTOMATION INNOVATORS COMMUNITY- which we coordinate(the directions and the ideas).
Your job will be to enhance existing apps and build new ones.
You will manage the full life cycle of the mobile apps development: architecture, coding, documenting and testing.
You will lead our Android team in order to deliver good results and client’s satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
● Full time availability
● Good English speaking and writing capabilities
● Develop & enhance apps, customize our apps according to our customers specifications
● using the latest technologies.
● Excellent leading skills: communication and people skills
● Understanding of the overall development and business processes

Desired Skills and Experience:
● Experience with Android development
Experience with Java, Android SDK and Android NDK
● Experience releasing at least one application in Google Play / Android Market
● Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

Would be a plus:
● Experience with Continuous Integration
● Used Scrum, Agile methodology
● Any level of C++ for Android NDK
