AI/ML Engineer

At Kapto, we are looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and growth. Your role will involve building and optimizing ML models and working closely with the engineering and ops teams to deploy and maintain models in production environments.
Responsibilities

Deploy, and maintain machine learning models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products
Write clean, maintainable Python code for data processing and model training
Automate model training and deployment workflows
Monitor model performance and make improvements as necessary
Assist with ops-related tasks, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, and model scalability

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
Base knowledge of AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Strong Python programming skills
Basic understanding of software engineering principles (e.g., version control, code reviews)
Exposure to ops practices (e.g., containerization, CI/CD, deployment pipelines)
