What You’ll Do:
As a Morning Shift Assistant on our After-Hours team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during the night. You’ll troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help maintain high service standards across the board.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote assistance for time-sensitive issues and overnight support needs.
Communicate effectively and professionally in English.
Help resolve unexpected situations with confidence and clarity.
Keep accurate records of interactions, actions, and resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
Strong problem-solving abilities and calm under pressure.
Availability to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Moldova time).
