After-Hours Weekend Support — Day Shift (On-Site)
Location: Chișinău, Moldova (office only)
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Moldova time)
Pay: $100 per shift (fixed rate per completed 12-hour shift)
About the role
Keep weekend operations covered while core teams are offline. This is not a dispatcher role—no load booking. You’ll handle all inbound communications, provide status updates, and monitor OTR activity to ensure issues are escalated and resolved fast.
What you’ll do
Answer and triage every incoming call during your shift (drivers, brokers, vendors).
Provide updates (ETA, delays, notes) via phone/email/SMS per SOP.
Monitor OTR operations: active loads, driver statuses, check-ins/outs; escalate incidents.
Document everything in the TMS and communication tools (notes, timestamps, outcomes).
Coordinate urgent situations (breakdowns, towing/roadside, facility issues) using playbooks.
Handover at shift end with a clear summary of open items and resolutions.
Requirements
Strong English (spoken & written).
Calm under pressure; excellent communication and problem-solving.
Fast typing and organized record-keeping.
1+ year in customer service/operations/help desk/transport support preferred.
Weekend availability for the stated on-site shift.
