Affiliate manager position

Online store with headquarters based in the US is looking for affiliate manager to join our Chisinau office.

The key responsibilities for this position:

Maintaining stimulating relationships with the current affiliates
Keeping track of affiliate sales and performance
Optimization and day-to-day management of the affiliate marketing programs
Developing and monitoring affiliate promotions
Identifying and recruiting new affiliates
Identifying other opportunities to enhance the affiliate program
Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

Good written English is a must
Must be comfortable with the subject matter (sex toys / use of sex toys)
Critical thinking and problem solving
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet goals
Affiliate marketing experience would be a plus
Broad online marketing experience would be a plus
We are ready to consider the candidates with no experience
