HR-Consulting (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client is looking for candidates to fill the position of:

Advertising Sales Coordinator

The company:
A foreign company operating in retail trade and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

-Developing and maintaining sales proposals and rate cards;
-Developing standardize presentations, sales scripts, proposals;
-Capable of developing selling skills and product knowledge in all areas related to sale of advertising;
-Regular contact with current and prospective clients both in person and over the phone is expected;
-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within a portfolio;
-Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas;
-Active participation in elaborating the marketing strategy, together with management of the company;
-Perform any task related to the position held in the company, requested by any of the hierarchical superior;
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in an extremely fast-paced environment, be extremely organized and have an eye for detail.

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience working with sales team or sales environment is a plus;
-University degree in marketing is an advantage;
-Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian language is a must;
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and email (Outlook) skills;
Ability to find creative approaches to projects;
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
Work on own initiative and team player.
