RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Working with databases
• General office administration (calls, correspondence, relation with suppliers, etc.)
• Managing inventory
• Keeping appointments with clients
• Working with invoices and receipts
• Minimizing office expenditure
• Negotiating with suppliers and service providers
• Getting maintenance done on office equipment and machinery
• Managing holiday, sickness, attendance and absence records
• Enforcing office protocols
• Maintain the calendar of the management and office
• Various translations from Romanian – English – Russian
• Marketing tasks (draft tender documentation and offers, register and keep contact with Chambers of Commerce and Professional Organizations, organize events, press releases, keep contact with press representatives for publishing advertisements, articles etc)
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree – preferably Economics
• Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
• English and Russian language
• Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
