Administrative Assistant
Company:
An international company that provides consultancy and solutions for online businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily work related issues
• Schedule meetings/Manage calendars
• Organize events (office parties, team buildings)
• Negotiate with suppliers, always on the lookout for the best provider
• Run various errands
• Make travel arrangements
• Prepare reports
• Receive and direct visitors
• Create spreadsheets, file documents
• Place orders for all office supplies
Job Requirements:
• Must have very strong English skills (reading, speaking, writing), other languages are a plus;
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.);
• Minimum experience on an office administration position would be a plus;
• Proactive, multitasking, stress resistant;
• Quick thinker able to work independently with very little supervision
