Fortan is a Dutch design and consultancy company which is specialized in technical services at the highest level.
Fortan designs complex steel constructions and machines for the dredging, offshore and mining industry like trailing suction hopper dredgers, fall pipe vessels, offshore heavy lift cranes, crusher plants and conveyor plants etc.. Projects are mostly long-term and always challenging and impactful. Through these challenging projects we develop our people, who transform complex and creative ideas into reality.
Fortan has an office in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, where at this moment a group of young mechanical engineers successfully participate in projects using a modern computer network and advanced design applications.
We want to expand our team of local professionals in Chisinau with an:
Accountant ( part-time )
Job characteristics:
• Processing and monitoring flow of money
• Preparation of financial reports and monthly statements
• Execution of pay-roll
• Return of VAT and other tax-issues
• Advising in local operational HR
• Assist and advising management in policy development
• Up-dating management on the latest developments of Moldavean legislation
Profile of candidate:
• University degree in accounting
• Hands on experience working with accountancy software
• 3+ years of independent accounting experience
• Good knowledge in the field of accounting, tax legislation and in labor law
• Excellent command of English in speaking as well as in writing
• Mature and independent attitude
• Will to co-operate and work together in a small team of professionals
