Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, analytically minded Account Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, drive revenue growth, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction across different markets.
In this role you will manage a client portfolio, analyze product metrics, and deliver data-driven recommendations. One of the key success metrics is growth of client revenue and performance indicators.
So what will you be doing:
Manage a portfolio of B2B clients and build long-term strategic relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact: handle requests, provide status updates, and resolve operational issues.
Prepare proposals, reports, analytical summaries, and presentations.
Represent the company at business conferences and industry events.
Analyze key product metrics and performance indicators.
Identify anomalies and patterns in data, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
Translate client needs into structured requirements for development teams.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and release discussions.
Maintain and track the client roadmap, including task statuses, priorities, and deadlines.
Experience and skills required:
Experience working with B2B clients in roles such as Product Manager, Account Manager, Client Success, Partner Manager, or Analyst — 4+ years for Senior and 2+ years for Middle.
Experience working in product-focused IT companies.
Strong analytical skills: ability to interpret metrics, build reports, and identify trends or irregularities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: structured client emails, updates, presentations.
Ability to prepare commercial proposals, sales-oriented materials, and analytical reports.
Proficiency with analytics tools (preferred): Power BI / Tableau / GA4 / BigQuery.
Understanding of digital product architecture: interfaces, modules, integrations, API (basic level).
Ability to identify and clearly explain how product changes impact client KPIs.
Experience with CRM systems and task trackers.
English level B2–C1 — required for daily communication, client negotiations, and reporting
