Job responsibilities:
1. Identify the client’s potential and qualifying accounts from its existing and future plans and strategies
2. Collect and analyzing market information and analyze marketing proposals
3. Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention
4. Drive the sales process through developing and maintaining key relationships
5. Continuously monitor the market situation and activities of competitors
6. Manage and develop existing revenue streams
7. Continuously hunt for new opportunities within defined client/sector GSM Operators
8. Build up and maintain close relationship with key customers, esp. the key decision makers of these customers
9. Build up an effective sales team and share leads & information with internal technical and delivery teams.
10. Work with the management team to define, develop and improve corporate positioning within the market
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or higher education in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering / IT / BA or equivalent
2. Strong profile in telecom account management, at least 5 years’ experience in managing key accounts and proven record of sales success within the telecom field
3. Excellent net worker, experienced in – or capable of – accessing and working with top management of designated customers, including its HQ and the affiliates in the region/country and good understanding of the local Moldova telecom industry;
4. Relevant technical knowledge is an advantage, but not a condition. This could be in customer premises equipment, and/or infrastructure.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
6. Action oriented, results driven, aggressive and persistent
7. Proficient in English
