Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.org), specializing in international development finance consulting projects, offers a challenging job opportunity for a Recruitment Manager.
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Job responsibilities will include:
• Recruit highly qualified and motivated staff and project based consultants through creating and posting vacancy notices; finding and evaluating candidates; and managing negotiations
• Through networking and BFC’s database search for and proactively recruit potential candidates
• Evaluate candidates and oversee their procession through the hiring pipeline (screening, interviews, reference checks, testing, and hire)
• Create shortlist of candidates for management’s approval
• Optimize BFC’s recruitment, hiring and human resource management process
• Further develop BFC’s performance management and organizational development
• Monitor and manage BFC’s human resources through monitoring job satisfaction and general motivation while creating tools and an environment for continuous skill development
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• At least five years work experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in international finance, consulting, or banking preferable
• Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment, interviewing, human resource management, organisational development
• Excellent business communication and writing skills in English and Russian
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High stress tolerance and ability to cope well with deadlines
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse environments
