Legal Counselor/refugee integration

The applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum Degree in Law and have one year experience in the field of private and/or international law;
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English is required;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in detailed work;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Computer skills.

Post description:
1. Provide legal assistance/counselling to beneficiaries of humanitarian protection and refugees that face legal problems related to their integration in the local society;
2. Provide legal assistance to refugees and beneficiaries of humanitarian protection on the issue of naturalization;
3. Provide legal assistance to stateless persons as well as foreigners who have difficulties to legalize their status in Moldova;
4. Assist refugees in finding durable solution;
5. Provide statistics on the legally assisted cases;
6. Perform other duties as required.
