Business Development Manager

Micrologic Design Automation SRL, specialized in designs, developing markets, innovative EDA software products for IC design engineers, extends it’s operations. We offer a challenging job opportunity for 2 positions of Business Development Manager of the Micrologic Design Automation SRL in Moldova to develop the EMEA and US markets.


Job responsibilities will include:

• Provide sales support and advice to Micrologic’s offices or resellers in other countries;
• Responsible for development and maintenance of new and existing business, proposing improvements to existing methods.
• Provide support to company staff and R&D team;
• Develop and implement technology strategies for the organization as a whole and for individual business units. Requires a level of business analytics.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, looking for better, smarter, faster, cheaper ways of doing business. Requires project planning and anticipating needs



Requirements:

• 10 years experience in managing an international IT Company, in the IC design domain;
• Fluency in English, Hungarian, Romanian, Hebrew; German is an asset.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills;
• Ability to work under constant pressure and unlimited hours;
• Strong business correspondence skills and good communication skills;
• Experience in managing sales in the IC domain.
