Has the vacancy for position of Lawyer
Objects and responsibilities

Participation in legal consulting of office’s clients;
Preparation of legal documents (contracts, letters, statutes, orders, regulations etc.)
Preparation of legal opinions, letters, responses on pretensions, informational notes etc.
Participation in making of legal audit of a company;
Participation in civil and administrative cases in judicial instances, assisting in criminal cases.
Analysis of legal problems of the clients, preparation of proposals and remarks etc.
Making working tasks including correspondence and preparation of documents in English, Romanian and Russian language.

Requirements for the candidates.

Higher legal education;
Working experience in profession no lesser than two years;
Fluent English, Romanian, Russian languages.
Experience in making of legal documents, reports, opinions and letters in English, fluent communication with clients in English.
Responsibility, hardworking, good cooperation in working team.
Good knowledge of computer MS Office, Internet, electric data base by legislation.
Ability of free communication.
Ability to work a lot and effective.
