University graduate ideally in IT
Pro-client approach, good communication skills and „social intelect“
Ability to learn and react fast
Flexibility (in solutions and time)
Willing to travel on business abroad (approx. 1 trip/quarter)
Communicative English (communication with clients and internal)
Basic programming skills preferable (Java, C++, Perl, etc)
Basic database administration skills – SQL, Oracle – necessary
Basic database administration knowledge of Unix, Linux - necessary
Experience on a similar position or with similar technologies (1-3 years)
Candidates with romanian or bulgarian citezenship
Job description:
Core mission: helping our customers to use easily and administrate company applications providing technical support with a high level of customer satisfaction, proactivity and efficiency.
Manage company customer relationships and technical support requests using e-mail and phone completed by customer on site visit when needed.
Initial single point of contact for technology & usage problems for all company products and applications. Application includes third party SW & HW.
Qualify calls and customer requests. Re-route requests to sales department when out of support contract scope - supervision of on-time solution delivery
Problem analysis: isolates & reproduces problem to product or component – solving the problem or tranfering to competent department
Internal communication and cooperation with peers (Delivery Team, Sales) – also outside Czech Rep.
Salary: European level salary, negotiable, depending on experience.
