Call Center Operator –English/French/Spanish/German

Job description:
•Work from home
•Performing outbound calls
•Handling incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
•Providing information on inquiries regarding specific services, offers and products
•Providing reports on daily bases, monthly and on request regarding the number and the nature of calls
Requirements:
•Good communication skills
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
•Knowledge of French, Spanish or German –would be an advantage
•Team spirit and problem solving attitude
•Ability to work under stress
•Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet
•Good internet connection, microphone and headphones.
