IT RECRUITER

ICS Endava SRL, part of the British group of companies Endava Group providing professional IT services to clients worldwide, is currently looking to add a Human Resources Manager to our HR team.

Area of Responsibility:

Plan and administrate human resource management activities of the company and maintain functions such as staffing, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance. Maintain personnel records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data.

Qualifications:
University degree in Management or other relevant fields
At least 2 years of generalist HR experience
Extensive knowledge in a human resource functional area, principles and procedures for personnel administration, labor relations
Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and related regulations
Good communication skills both in terms of written and verbal
Fluent written and spoken Romanian and English
IT literate, knowledge of personnel information systems
Exhibit a "can do" attitude toward new or challenging assignments
Able to establish strong interdepartmental relationships
Should have excellent Customer Service Skills
Problem solving capability
Self motivator
Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative. Thrives while working under pressure with tight timelines. Has Sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task and shift priorities
Solves problems effectively: identifies the relevant issues, gathers information and input, applies sound reasoning and develops workable solutions
