Freelance GIS programmer

Nordic based software company is looking to hire freelance programmer with the target of a permanent employment. We are developing different kind of GIS software both for our own software and as consultant work for other companies.
Key qualifications:
- English langue
- C#.net or VB.net
- ActiveX/COM technology using Visual Basic .NET 2005
- Microsoft .NET Framework, ASP.NET 2.0, ASP.NET AJAX, IIS, MDAC, SOAP, OOP
- XML and GML
- ArcGIS, Microstation, Mapinfo, GeoMedia, ArcGIS server, ArcSDE, 3D studio map, Autocad or google earth
