Sales Manager
Based in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova
Responsibilities:
# Lead, develop and motivate the sales team management to achieve key business objectives, develop the business plan and maximize the company growth;
# Achieve agreed sales targets for the Market. Effectively control performance against target, with the ability to accurately forecast sales, and to know at all times progress achieved. Develop sales strategies to achieve target by displaying initiative;
# Achieve agreed targets for the Coverage and Distribution of Company brands across the Market;
# Achieve agreed market targets for the placement and maintenance of Company POSM, % of shelf share, effective POSM placement, through the effective management of the Sales teams;
# Organize the work of the sales team, create co-operative sales team management. Coach and develop the sales team management, set personal example. Conduct Coaching Field Visits. Monitor work performance, guide, give feed-back and correct the sales team management.
Minimum requirements:
# University Degree preferably in Economics, Management;
# 1-2 years of experience in the position of Sales Supervisor, experience in a Sales Manager position would be an asset;
# Romanian/Russian-fluent, Intermediate English would be an asset;
# MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
