A Dutch company is seeking for the perfect candidate for the following position:
Assistant manager
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Romanian, Russian, English language skills;
- University degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management - preferable)
- work experience;
- Honest, hard-working, self-confident and friendly personal profile; responsible, precise
- Customer oriented attitude;
- Possession of very good social, commercial and communicative skills;
- Flexible and positive working attitude;
- Enthusiasm for learning new things;
- Basic computer knowledge;
- Result orientation, efficiency and accuracy in completing tasks, capable to meet deadlines
Job description:
The Assistant manager is expected to:
- accept customer's orders related to companies' products and services and prepare them for production;
- Provide assistance to the local and international team
- Process financial and technical documents
- Maintaining the relationship with suppliers, collaborators and local authorities
- Maintaining office systems, including data management filing
