We are looking for:
Sales Agent with No Experience | English
Join Smart Choice – Sales Role (Chișinău, Night Shift)
Salary: $1,200–$4,000 per month (base + bonuses)
Location: Central Chișinău office
Are you a driven communicator with a talent for negotiation? Smart Choice is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to contribute to our fast-growing team. Your skills and determination will be essential to our continuing success!
Skills & Requirements:
- English proficiency: C1
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with a consultative approach
- Persistent, empathetic, and adaptable
- Confidence to take initiative and hit targets
- Strong goal orientation
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Handle inquiries and deliver tailored suggestions on our services
- Lead persuasive negotiations over the phone
- Keep detailed records of calls, customer needs, and outcomes
- Prepare market research and feedback reports for leadership
- Help define and implement best practices in sales
