Smart Choice is looking for a Customer Support agent!
Salary: $1200–$3000/month (base + bonuses)
Location: Central Chișinău
Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping people and solving problems? At Smart Choice, we’re looking for empathetic, resourceful individuals to join our Customer Support Team — and play a key role in ensuring a top-tier experience for our clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- English level B2 or higher (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
- Confidence and adaptability
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about our services and assist with requests
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
- Maintain records of interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback
