Then you will have the role of:
- strengthen the Chisinau Prospecting team and ensure proximity management for 5 prospectors;
- coordinate and motivate the team in order to achieve the established targets / objectives;
- ensure the transfer of tasks to team members and intervene in resolving difficult situations;
- create a positive work environment, ensuring the individual and collective coaching of the team;
We are looking for you, a Team Leader with a commercial spirit, a proactive attitude and coordination skills, to complete the Chisinau Prospecting team.
We would like you to have:
- experience of at least 1 year in coordinating a team;
- an advanced level of Italian (minimum B2) – for Italian speakers, a medium level of English (B1) is a must ;
- availability for occasional travel;
- dynamism;
- flexibility;
- involvement and openness;
- to be passionate about your development and that of coordinated people.
In conclusion, you will play an important role in the evolution of the prospecting team in Chisinau and in guiding it to success.
