• Extend remote assistance to drivers for truck and trailer repairs and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate effective and polished communication, showcasing exceptional English language proficiency.
• Support drivers in handling stress and navigating complex situations on the road.
• Maintain precise documentation of service requests and implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English, displaying strong communication skills.
• Capacity to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage stress.
• Experience in truck and trailer repair is advantageous.
• Availability to work from 2:30 PM to 12:00 AM (Moldova time).
