About the Role:
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in our operations? As a Dispatcher, you'll be the cornerstone of our team, orchestrating dispatch operations to ensure seamless coordination and support for our drivers.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate and Optimize Operations: Efficiently manage dispatch activities to maximize productivity and resource utilization.
• Effective Communication: Utilize strong English communication skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and team members professionally and effectively.
• Driver Support: Provide invaluable support to our drivers, managing schedules, offering guidance, and swiftly addressing any unforeseen challenges that may arise.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and implement effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong English Communication: Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm Under Pressure: Ability to maintain composure and make sound decisions when faced with high-pressure situations.
• Prior Dispatch Experience: While beneficial, prior experience in dispatch operations is not mandatory. We value candidates with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Availability: Be available to work from 3 PM to 12 AM, aligning with Moldova time.
