Maintenance Coordinator
About Us:
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities within our fleet department. This includes planning oil changes, coordinating truck routing for repairs to shops and our yard, and ensuring the fleet operates efficently. As the Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage all inbound phone calls, provide support to drivers with their over-the-road (OTR) issues, and address their operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance coordination or related support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
Requirements:
- Outstanding customer-service orientation
- Fluency in both written and verbal English, as you will primarily communicate with US citizens.
- Strong background in handling mechanical and maintenance-related challenges.
- Prior experience in the trucking industry is a plus.
