IT Technical Support

We're looking for IT Technical Support to provide reliable and responsive IT support during the evening shift to ensure uninterrupted business operations. You will handle system access, email management, software/application troubleshooting, equipment setup, and incident resolution.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 01:00

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues reported during the night shift.
• Provide technical assistance with desktops, laptops, printers, headsets, and other equipment.
• Manage email accounts (creation, password resets, troubleshooting access issues).
• Support access to systems, applications, and business software tools.
• Troubleshoot and support communication tools (e.g., RingCentral).
• Monitor and provide access to storage servers and shared drives.
• Document incidents, solutions, and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with ad-hoc IT requests and projects as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to IT security standards and data protection policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in technical support, system administration, or IT helpdesk.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and commonly used business applications.
• Experience with account management (Active Directory, email servers, or similar).
• Familiarity with VoIP/communication platforms (e.g., RingCentral).
• Basic knowledge of networking, storage servers, and data access.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
