HR Support Advisor

Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of HR Support Advisor to work with our International Partners.

what you will be doing:

• Setting up job requirement in Workday and distributing requirements to the trusted suppliers
• Active search for candidates on linkedin
• Candidate Outreach and Pre-Interviewing
• Initiate contact with prospective candidates to assess their interest and qualifications
• Conduct pre-interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles
• Scheduling interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates via the agency
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes
• Ensuring data accuracy in all tools for the standard contractors
• Adhoc testing of new tool environments and helping to optimize those

what we are looking for:

• University Degree
• Fluent English - exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a similar role within HR/agency
• Sourcing experience
• Experience with databases and systems (ex: SAP)
• Good IT literacy including ability to use all Microsoft office packages
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally to the organization
• Ability to handle business dynamics and constant change
• Fast learner and problem-solving skills
• Ability to fulfill assigned tasks
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Well organized and time management skills
• Stress management skills
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and flexible
• Good team work player
• Have ability to work independently
