HR Generalist

About the Role: As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in various aspects of HR, including onboarding, personnel administration, people culture processes, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development.

Profile:
  • University degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of HR experience; more is an advantage.
  • International experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hardworking and committed to delivering results.
  • Detail and results-oriented.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highest ethical and professional standards.
