Help Desk / Technical Support Specialist

Key Duties
- Install & image Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) or Windows 10/11 desktops
- Set up CRM, VoIP, Google Workspace mail, VPN, peripherals
- Triage & close Jira tickets; provide remote support via AnyDesk / SSH
- Maintain Wi‑Fi, VPN, DHCP/DNS, user backups, Google Workspace access
- Track hardware in Google Sheets and order parts when needed
- Keep office essentials stocked; liaise with cleaning & courier services
- Either: 1–2 years in Tech Support / SysAdmin or final‑year IT student with hands‑on Linux & networking skills
- Confident bash & CLI; solid Windows troubleshooting
- Google Workspace Admin Console experience
- Networking basics (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN, NAT)
- Inventory & vendor coordination skills
- Organized, calm under pressure, SLA‑oriented
