Sales agent (Guaranteed minimum commission of $300)

We’re on the lookout for a Ticket Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As a Ticket Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for answering customer queries, managing ticket bookings.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers via calls and emails, providing them with travel options;
• Offering detailed information about ticket prices, schedules, and availability;
• Making reservations according to customer needs and budgets;
• Promoting and selling our travel services;
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (B2+);
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Previous experience in travel services or sales (preferred);
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently;
• Fast learner with good time management;
• Ability to work night shifts;
• Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
• Minimum age: 18 years and older;
• No active full-time studies (part-time studies may be considered)
