German-Speaking Customer Support Agent (Relocation to Riga, Latvia Included)

Are you fluent in German and confident in English? Looking to grow in a global tech environment? We’re hiring Customer Support Agents for an onsite role in Riga, Latvia, with relocation assistance included.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
- Log and track interactions in internal systems
- Meet service and quality targets (response time, resolution, satisfaction)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
What You Bring:
- C1 German and B1+ English (written and spoken)
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Team spirit and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- EU work eligibility required
