US Software Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes through in-depth analysis, reporting, and strategic insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth;
• Prepare and present actionable recommendations to management and executives to drive business performance;
• Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting;
• Support capital budgeting and expenditure planning processes;
• Reconcile transactions by cross-referencing incoming and outgoing data to ensure accuracy and integrity;
• Conduct market research and comparables analysis to inform internal decision-making;
• Monitor financial and market trends, keeping up-to-date with technical knowledge of financial instruments and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field;
• 3–5+ years of experience in business finance, financial analysis, or a related role;
• High proficiency in financial modeling techniques and advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis);
• Advanced English communication skills (B2+ level or higher), both written and spoken;
• Experience with financial software or ERP systems is a plus.
