Data Entry Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify weekly employee payroll accurately and on time;
• Ensure all deductions and withholdings are compliant with legal requirements;
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee concerns;
• Maintain accurate payroll records in line with company policies and legislation;
• Prepare and deliver payroll reports as requested by management;

Requirements:

• Previous experience in payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting (preferred);
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• High attention to detail and accuracy;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
