Entry-Level Dispatcher

As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing our fleet. You will work closely with our drivers and customers, ensuring timely transportation, while delivering an exceptional customer experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and assign loads to drivers
- Provide drivers with accurate instructions and assistance
- Monitor routes to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status, delays or changes
- Collect paperwork and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational abilities and multitasking
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- No prior experience in dispatching required - training provided
- Available to work evening shifts starting at 3 PM
