What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and manage financial statements for owner-operators using the McLeod (TMS) system.
• Categorize and ensure accurate reflection of driver expenses, such as fuel, maintenance, and other costs.
• Process and deliver statements on schedule, ensuring timely communication to maintain driver satisfaction.
• Address inquiries from drivers regarding their statements, explaining earnings, deductions, and charges clearly.
• Input, verify, and update all relevant information within McLeod (TMS) for accurate financial statements.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary based on experience, salary starting from $700
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 15:00-00:00, supporting U.S. operations.

What We Expect from You:

• Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) for effective communication.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably McLeod or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for resolving statement-related inquiries.
• Prior experience in the transportation industry or with driver statements is welcomed
