Data Scientist
We're looking for a Data Scientist to become part of our dynamic and friendly team.
The Data Scientist will lead complex data science projects to solve non-routine quality-related problems using advanced methods such as AI, machine learning, causal inference, and NLP. By uncovering insights from new and existing real-world data, they will generate hypotheses, identify hidden opportunities, and help realize the full potential of quality data.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in at least one larger company; experience in pharma or clinical trials is a plus
- Demonstrated persistent commitment to work
- Proven track record in programming (R or Python); experience with R, Posit Cloud, and Git is a plus
- Strong communication skills; experience in stakeholder management is a bonus
- Open-minded and forward-thinking
- Good English skills (both written and verbal)
- Develop and implement data models aligned with the analytics framework to support quality-related decision-making.
- Manage and coordinate projects evaluating the impact of QM initiatives in the Medicine organization.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the QM analytics framework.
- Understand quality-related business problems and develop and optimize use cases for the analytics framework.
- Understand data, IT, and business constraints.
- Investigate additional data sources for predictive analytics modeling.
- Generate and interpret data analytics outputs for quarterly Business Intelligence reporting.
- Apply advanced data science expertise to optimize QM data analytics models and use cases.
- Develop and maintain compliant data operational processes.
- Develop and maintain monitoring processes for data science models in production.
- Develop and implement processes for oversight of data collection, curation, and review.
