Digital Content Designer & Developer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Content Designer & Developer to craft innovative, engaging digital learning experiences. You’ll transform traditional content into dynamic e-learning solutions that inspire, inform, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Create interactive modules, videos, animations, microlearnings, podcasts, gamified experiences, and mixed reality content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Synthesia, and HeyGen.
• Visual & UX Design: Develop intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that enhance learner engagement and experience.
• Content Management: Maintain and update existing learning assets, implement user feedback, and ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
• Collaboration: Partner with learning designers, SMEs, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure cohesive, high-impact learning experiences.
• Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects with accountability for timelines, quality, and delivery. Monitor progress and report on key milestones.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in digital learning. Experiment with new tools and methods to boost interactivity and engagement.

What You Bring:

• Degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in digital learning design and development
• Expertise in authoring tools, multimedia editing (Adobe Suite, Powtoon), and basic web technologies (e.g., HTML)
• Creative flair with a user-centric mindset
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative teams
