Objective:
The main purpose of a Data Entry Specialist is to ensure all freight loads are accurately and promptly entered, updated, and managed in the Trucking Management System (TMS), supporting operational efficiency and real-time visibility for the dispatching and logistics teams.

Responsibilities:

Collect Rate Confirmations from Dispatchers
Enter new loads into the Trucking Management System
Edit and update existing loads as needed
Move/reassign loads within the TMS
Prepare and share reports on load data as required
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

High attention to detail and organizational discipline
Ability to manage confidential information
Good proficiency in English
Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistent accuracy
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, data entry, TMS navigation, report generation)
Capacity to handle mental focus and occasional stress
Physically able to sit for extended periods, handle screen exposure, and manage light lifting
