Customer Experience Specialist (Travel)

About the Role
Your primary goal will be to assist customers with their reservations and address pre- and post-travel inquiries through multiple communication channels (phone and email). You will provide clear, effective solutions while continuously improving your product knowledge to handle customer queries with confidence.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with sales and booking teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
  • Work in a supportive team environment, giving and receiving valuable feedback.
  • Escalate technical issues or system bugs to our tech team and assist in resolution.
  • Contribute insights to enhance the overall customer journey.

About You

  • Previous experience in the travel industry or customer-facing roles in other industries.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); additional language skills in Spanish, French, or other languages are a plus.
  • Availability to work from the office.
  • A strong passion for customer service with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, including handling challenging conversations with professionalism.
  • Ability to write clear, effective, and personalized messages for customers and internal teams.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized, consistently meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to stay focused under pressure and seek assistance when needed.
  • A proactive approach—asking questions, offering suggestions, and collaborating to achieve the best results.
