Customer Coordinator
The Customer Coordinator plays a vital role in growing the customer base by proactively reaching out to potential clients through 100 outbound calls and emails daily. They research prospects, qualify leads by gathering key information, and categorize them by region. Using tools like ZoomInfo, they connect with decision-makers and ensure smooth lead handoff to the Operations Manager for onboarding.
Key responsibilities:
- Make 100 outbound calls and emails daily to acquire new customers.
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering shipping and logistical info.
- Research and categorize prospects by region using MCLD and ZoomInfo.
- Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and move prospects through the pipeline.
- Work with the Operations Manager to hand off qualified leads for onboarding.
- Document customer info to ensure smooth transition to the Sales Team.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
- Background in logistics or sales fields to facilitate a smoother transition into the role;
- Responsible, Positive, Adaptable;
- Ability to do routine Sales tasks;
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
