After Hours Coordinator
Nova Lines is seeking an After Hours Coordinator to ensure that the drivers and clients receive exceptional service even outside of our regular business hours. The After Hours Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring our dispatch system, communicating with drivers, and ensuring that our clients' freight is delivered on time and in good condition.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor the dispatch system and respond promptly to incoming driver requests and updates;
- Coordinate with clients to ensure that their freight is picked up and delivered on time and in good condition;
- Develop expertise in safety and maintenance regulations;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation;
- Document all communication and actions taken during the shift;
- Maintain a high level of communication and professionalism with drivers and clients.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
- Previous experience in logistics is a must-have;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Computer proficiency;
- Ability to work night shifts.
