Compliance / KYC Assistant

Moorwand is expanding its Onboarding Team and is looking for a Compliance/KYC Assistant to support the team in its Chisinau office.

Job Description:

• Developing onboarding processes to collect accurate client information;
• Perform quality control related to a variety of investigation types, including customer’s suspicious activity and sanctions;
• Performing the Risk assessment verification of the company’s projects - general knowledge and understanding of the process.
• Applying proper Customer Due Diligence (KYC/KYB verification)
• Review and adapt the Customer’s internal policies and procedures as needed, ensuring they remain aligned with applicable regulations, industry standards, and the evolving operational environment. This includes identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and supporting implementation to enhance overall compliance and efficiency.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fintech or financial services environment
• English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken – mandatory
• Good attention to detail and accuracy;
• Passionate of reading;
• Analytical skills;
• Desire to develop yourself and contribute to development of the company;
• Ability to deal with multiple tasks at once and stick to deadlines;
• Willing and ability to work with corporate documentation;
