Carrier Sales Representative
The Carrier Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with carrier partners to secure reliable and cost-effective transportation capacity. The role involves daily outreach, market research, and close coordination with internal teams to align carrier capabilities with customer demand and service requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Find and assign carriers to transport loads on time.
- Post available shipments and make sure all loads are covered.
- Contact carriers by phone and email to confirm details.
- Send rate confirmations and update them if there are any changes.
- Keep good communication with carriers and write down all updates.
- Work with other teams to solve problems quickly.
- Track all shipments from start to finish and let the team know about any delays.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
- Background in logistics or sales fields to facilitate a smoother transition into the role;
- Responsible, positive, adaptable;
- Ability to do routine sales tasks;
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
What we offer:

- Schedule from Monday to Friday, 3 PM - 12 AM;
