Role Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, communicative Sales Agent to join our team and answer questions and requests from our customers. The responsibilities of the Sales Agent include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via calls and emails providing them with information on our products and services;
- Handle inquiries and deliver tailored suggestions on our services;
- Keep detailed records of calls, customer needs, and outcomes;
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships;
- Promoting and selling our products and services.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in English and Romanian (both written and spoken), Russian will be an advantage;
- Experience in the trucking/logistics sector is a plus;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software);
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail;
- Previous experience in sales (preferred);
- Fast learner with good time management;
- Ability to work night shifts;
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
