AI Engineer / Business AI Integration Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing AI-based solutions for internal business process optimization;
• Collaborating with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for automation and integration of AI tools;
• Developing and maintaining AI agents using Python, FastAPI, and LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI);
• Automating routine, logic-driven workflows across departments;
• Contributing to prompt engineering, metadata modeling, and knowledge extraction;
• Supporting backend integrations using PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST APIs;
• Participating in the development of workflows simulating decision-making processes;
• Delivering training sessions and creating documentation to promote AI adoption within teams;
• Maintaining clean, well-documented code and participating in regular code reviews;
• Keeping up with the latest developments in AI, automation, and autonomous agent frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field;
• Basic programming skills in Python or other scripting languages;
• Understanding of web technologies and RESTful APIs;
• Interest in AI, NLP, and automation (experience with LLMs is a plus);
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and version control systems like Git;
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude;
• Good communication and documentation skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
