Manager of Loyalty Programs and Payment Systems

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and attracting new partners to participate in loyalty programs;
- Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of loyalty programs;
- Implementing project management systems and ensuring continuous technical development;
- Collaborating with the marketing manager to create campaigns that engage both new and existing clients in the program;
- Defining and developing analytical needs and reporting to determine key success indicators and program performance data, and translating these insights into ideas and improvements for the loyalty program;
- Conducting marketing research using best practices;
- Identifying key success and performance indicators for the program;
- Working closely with clients to incorporate their requirements into the rules of the loyalty program;
- Documenting collaboration with loyalty program partners;
- Identifying and implementing priority directions for cooperation with key partners;
- Managing interactions with loyalty program partners to optimize existing partnerships and resolve collaboration issues;
- Analyzing loyalty campaign results as part of implementing innovative projects.
- University degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field;
- Experience in marketing, retail, or a related area (experience with loyalty programs is a plus);
- Understanding of how card-based loyalty programs work;
- Strong negotiation skills with partners;
- Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
